01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dalila Laaribi platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and members of the Selling DXB network.
02 Platform Access and Eligibility
Access to certain Platform features — including the Selling DXB terminal, acquisition intelligence, and off-market listings — is restricted to approved principals. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Dalila Laaribi | Selling DXB. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time without prior notice or stated reason.
03 Nature of Services
The Platform provides property intelligence, market data, advisory introductions, and investment tools for informational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided in good faith but without warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.
04 Confidentiality
Off-market listings, investor profiles, deal flow data, and intelligence reports accessible through the Selling DXB are strictly confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or disclose any confidential material obtained through the Platform to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of your account.
05 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, data, reports, visual design, algorithms, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dalila Laaribi | Selling DXB or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The "Dalila Laaribi" and "Private Intelligence Network" marks are proprietary.
06 User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform; (c) impersonate another user or provide false information; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform; or (e) use the Platform to transmit unsolicited communications. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dalila Laaribi | Selling DXB and its principals, affiliates, and advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, or from reliance on any information provided therein. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
08 Property Listings and Valuations
Property listings, valuations, yield estimates, and market projections displayed on the Platform are indicative only. Real estate values are subject to market fluctuation and no return is guaranteed. Past performance data does not predict future results. All transactions are subject to independent due diligence and formal legal documentation.
09 Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their own terms.
10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
